Dr. Gabriel O. Okello is a PhD-level Biostatistician and Data Scientist with over 15 years of professional experience across academic leadership, advanced statistical modeling, and data analytics.

He serves as the Acting Dean of the School of Science & Technology and Chair of the Department of Data Science & Analytics at USIU-Africa, where he leads the MSc and BSc Data Science & Analytics academic programmes.
